If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ph63 support immediately via live chat or by emailing support@ph63.net. ph63 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.
ph63 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. ph63 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

ph63 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
All transactions on ph63 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. ph63 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
ph63 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. ph63 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated through the ph63 platform. ph63 is not liable for any loss resulting from the modification or cancellation of a promotion.
All games available on ph63 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
ph63 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness and integrity.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ph63 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. ph63 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph63 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph63 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ph63's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph63 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph63 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph63 makes no representations regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the platform or its content for any purpose.
ph63 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph63 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ph63 implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ph63 cannot guarantee absolute data security.
ph63 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary to operate the platform. ph63 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

ph63 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph63 reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon termination for cause, ph63 may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to ph63, subject to completion of any required verification procedures.
You may close your ph63 account at any time by contacting ph63 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal terms and KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph63 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
ph63 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
ph63 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph63 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the ph63 platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the ph63 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
